The Bag Broker UK

World of Coffee 2017 Budapest.

 World of Coffee 2017 Budapest.

We had an exciting June when The Bag Broker attended the World of Coffee event in Budapest. This year The Bag Broker was proud to sponsor the gift bags provided to all visitors attending the exhibition.

The Bag Broker team represented the globe with Holger from Denmark, Hanna from Taiwan, Jon from the UK and Nikki from Hungary. A true global workforce was on hand to explore the benefits our products and services have brought to our customers and can bring to those looking for new providers of quality flexible packaging solutions.

Our exhibition stand displayed both the varieties of stock bags from our ranges of Side Gusset, Stand Up Pouches and Box Bottom bags, and the different colours we provide for each. The White Kraft bags received particular excitement as a modern and slightly different take on the traditional natural kraft finish.

We also displayed examples of our custom bags manufactured for our customers. Just to name a few: The Stand Up Pouch from Littles, Box Bottom Bag from Yume, and Stand Up Pouch with Slit from Coffee Factory.  The True Bio bag received special interest this year as more of us are conscious of the environmental impact our packaging decisions have on the planet.

The Custom bags we create for our customers are always a big hit but especially this year. We now provide both Custom bag printing using rotogravure print and also newly added digital print for those looking for lower volumes own branded packaging. Embossing or hot print stamping is a popular addition this year, we had some great conversations about exciting designs utilising this increasingly popular feature to both new and current designs. If you haven’t considered this yet – the team are on hand to answer any questions you may have about this.

Overall; Budapest was a great success. We thank our Hungarian customers for their hospitality and look forward to next year’s World of Coffee exhibition in Amsterdam.
