Our horizontal continuous band sealer is a compact, reliable machine for efficient, high-quality sealing of small bags. With constant temperature control and adjustable speed, it delivers strong, consistent seals across a wide range of heat-sealable materials, making it ideal for stepping up from hand sealing to continuous, automated production.
What materials can it seal? PE, PP, laminates, composite films, aluminium foil, kraft paper and plastic bags up to 0.08mm thick.
Can it add date or batch coding? Yes – with the optional embossing wheel for date/lot coding.
