13. Returns and Refunds (Stock Items Only)
13.1 This section applies to stock items only. Custom Orders (items manufactured to your specifications) cannot be returned or refunded.
13.2 If you wish to return stock items, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
13.3 Upon receipt of the returned items in satisfactory condition, we will issue a full refund of the product price. Alternatively, we can exchange the item if you prefer.
13.4 The cost of returning items to us is your responsibility, unless the items are faulty or incorrect.
13.5 Items are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
13.6 A restocking fee of £20 applies to all returns. This is reduced to £10 if you place another order.
13.7 If you receive incorrect items, please contact us immediately. We will arrange and cover the cost of collection and return.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
14.2 If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law in your country of residence.
14.3 If you are a consumer, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, as determined by your residency.
14.4 If you are a business user, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
