Our impulse heat sealer is ideal for sealing all our stand up pouches and flat pouches in PP and PE. Impulse technology means there is no warm-up time – the sealing bar heats only when you press down – so it is efficient and ready to use straight away.
Depending on the bag’s thickness, sealing takes around 0.2 to 1.5 seconds for the best result. Use the trimmer to remove any excess material after sealing.
Suitable for PP and PE bags, including all our stand up pouches and flat pouches.
Does it need to warm up? No – impulse sealers heat only when pressed, so there is no warm-up time.
Can it trim excess film? Yes – a sliding cutting blade trims excess material 6mm from the seal.
